Topsy Turvy Wedding Shower Cake

This topsy turvy wedding shower cake was made to match the decor at the party.

Fore!

The top tier of this golf-themed birthday cake sits atop 4 golf balls. The argyle pattern compliments the golf theme!

Luscious Lemon

This is a lemon poppyseed cupcake with a tart lemon curd surprise inside!

Imported Cupcake Wrappers

I was quite pleased to discover these beautiful cupcake wrappers from Vestli House. These high quality paper products are imported from Scandinavia and arrive in stylish little packages that display their beauty. Some of my favourite designs are "Elenor", "Madeleine" and "Hedda Purple." See them yourself at: www.vestlihouse.com

Meeting Anna Olson

Today I had the pleasure of meetting pastry chef Anna Olson while she was a guest of Cityline. I was fortunate enough to sit front row, centre! She was kind enough to sign her cookbooks for me and pose for a photo.

Spring has Sprung

These cupcakes have a spring theme. Lavender cream is hidden inside this vanilla cupcake which is topped with citrus cream cheese icing and garnished with lavender flowers.

Star Power!

This vanilla-vanilla cake was carved into the shape of a Guitar Hero guitar using the real thing as a template.
